Is madnps right for my business?

We focus on local businesses that serve real customers, including restaurants, shops, beauty and wellness businesses, and home services. Tell us about your business and goals so we can discuss whether the service is a good fit.

Can you guarantee more orders or a top Google Maps ranking?

No. Reviews can support trust and local visibility, but rankings also depend on relevance, distance and other factors. We don't guarantee rankings, review counts, NPS improvements or revenue. The focus is a stronger long-term reputation.

Do you buy reviews or only ask happy customers?

No. Feedback should come from genuine customer experiences, without rewards or selective requests for positive reviews. An unhappy customer's perspective is valuable too. We do not offer to remove legitimate negative reviews.

How are Google reviews and NPS different?

Google reviews are public ratings and comments. NPS is a separate measure of customers' willingness to recommend your business, based on a 0–10 question. Getting more Google reviews does not itself raise NPS; improving the customer experience is what matters.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Scope, timing and pricing are discussed after we understand your business. There isn't a universal timeline for customer feedback or local visibility changes. We'll agree on expectations before you decide to proceed.
